Quaker Lacrosse Camps and Clinics are designed to enhance your individual fundamentals and overall skill set, presented with a hands-on approach from the entire University of Pennsylvania Lacrosse coaching staff. Instruction provided by Penn Players and Coaches is structured to take your game to the next level.

Philly’s Frozen Lacrosse Training

Winter Lacrosse Training at The University of Pennsylvania!

This 6-week program (2 hours each week) will increase your overall knowledge (lacrosse IQ) and skill set by hands on coaching from the University of Pennsylvania Men’s Lacrosse staff and well as other top notch coaches and players. Each week you will be put through drills, offensive and defensive sets that will lead to controlled scrimmages. There will also be individual specialty position work each week (offense, defense, goalie and face off). The 6-week training program is open to ANY and ALL male lacrosse athlete in the graduating classes of 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023.

Weekly Time: 4:00 – 6:00 PM

Divisions (Limited Space):

  • Grad Year Group #1 (2021, 2022, & 2023)
  • Grad Year Group #2 (2018, 2019, & 2020)
  • 4 Goalies, 16 Midfield, 16 Attack, and 16 Defense (per grad group)

Fee: $325 per player

Refunds will only be granted to those with a written doctors note explaining medical condition that will keep each player out of training. Medical condition refunds may be pro-rated depending on time of injury/illness. Sorry, no refunds due to weather cancellations. However, we will try and reschedule the session(s) to the next available date(s).  NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED TO ACCIDENTAL REGISTRATIONS OR SCHEDULING CONFLICTS.
